      Group Fitness memberships include an initial consultation to help guide personalized instructions and minimize risk. Although each class orbits in a particular direction, individuals are guided uniquely regardless of fitness level.

Personal Training
 
                When working with a Personal Trainer you’ll receive personalized programming specific to your goals and challenges. The Trainer has room to use all tools at their disposal to help the client achieve their goals in a focused manner.
 
Group Fitness
 
                Group Fitness programs are wider scoped than Personal Training. They offer an opportunity for mutual support and motivation by working with others towards a common goal.
 
Technical 
 
                This is a time to practice your personalized exercise program. In a rotating, semi-private environment with more or less supervision from a trainer. Technical time runs throughout all group fitness classes. This may include (not limited to):
 
  1. Working on a specific movement, stretch, or technique.
  2. Taking time in transition between classes, snacking or resting.
  3. Warming up / Cooling down
